WHO ARE WE?

At SICES, we do virtual architecture. We specialize in graphic design, usability, marketing, and operations management. We push the limits on every design we do to help you get the most out of your business.

To begin to understand SICES and what we do, let's define some terms to set the stage:

Virtual - being on or simulated on a computer; occurring or existing primarily online.

Architecture - the manner in which the components of a computer or computer system are organized and integrated.

Architect - a person who designs and guides a plan or undertaking.

SICES stands for "simply intelligent, cutting-edge solutions", and that is what we are all about. We don't just analyze what your business needs are, we take it a few steps further. We get to the bottom of what is really going on to set you and your business apart from the rest. When we build an application or a website for a customer, we strive to make sure that is simple to use, intelligently constructed, takes advantage of the latest technologies, and, most importantly, solves their needs.

WEB HOSTING

Have a website but need helping publishing it on the Internet? Don't want to deal with registering domains, SSL certificates, and buying servers? Let us take care of that for you.

In addition to web design, we provide all the services necessary to get your site up and running, including domain registration, server rentals, server setups, and maintenance. We can perform one-time publishing and deployment of your web site to the hosting provider of your choice, or we can host your site for you. Our team will routinely monitor and analyze the traffic to your website to make sure that it loads fast and is always available.

THE TEAM

A business is only as good as the people in it. Fortunately for us (and our customers), our team is awesome. When you work with SICES, you working with some of the brightest minds, period. Our team is lead by our code guru, Ross Bayer, and our design diva, Catalina Bayer.

Ross has built just about every kind of software you can imagine, from enterprise web applications to games and simulation to RADAR and satellite communications software. He provides to the organization over ten years of software development experience in advanced technology sectors (some say he thinks in Python).

Ross has both a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Science in Software Engineering from Monmouth University, and has worked organizations all over the world, including the U.S. Army, Indra Sistemas, and NCR Corporation. Also an avid researcher, Ross has published studies to IEEE on topics pertaining to the advancement and improvement of software development practices and has more papers coming soon.

Catalina has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Monmouth University and brings to the table over ten years of operations management and marketing expertise.
